Stage of installing Cavity Wall Installation
Once a customer enquiry has been taken an appointment is made with the customer to
carry out survey of property.
Survey will take all measurements and carry out combustion ventilation checks, health and
safety checks external photos and internal cavity photos
will be taken.
All paperwork will be completed at this stage and all questions the customer may
have answered (this is a no obligation free survey).
On the findings of the survey a report is compiled and issued to the customer at this
stage a quotation for works will accompany the report (no obligation quote) the
quote will stand for three months from date.
Once the customer has accepted the quote extract administration will contact customer to
arrange suitable date for works to be carried out.

If there are
external flues to the property the operatives will carry out all checks on
combustion to appliances and spillage test as required this must take place
before works start and again after works complete. ( as per survey )
The full property will be drilled out with a 22mm drill bit these holes are drilled into
the motor beds were they meet and form a upside down T this is done to minimise damage to brick work.
Bricks at lower level are removed to allow access for extractor vac pipe bricks are removed above dpc level to

Extraction begins with air line placed into pre drilled holes and air inserted into cavity

Holes not in use will be plugged to minimise excessive dust and fibres escaping to outside

The extractor vac transfers all materials and waste into bags for disposal via
skips at our depot.
